Qualifications – Should be an Engineering Graduate. Candidates with MBA/ PGDBM will be preferred.
Job Profile - The incumbent among other things is expected to act as the project lead on technical matters and maintain regular interface with the SBU IT Resources/ Key SBU/ Function Stakeholders in managing time bound implementation. Lead the ERP programming Core Team for successful implementation and provide them with necessary technical/ functional input and feedback for effective addressing of ERP implementation issues.
Coordinate with the Corporate Communication team for internal communication, change management and user training requirement.
Experience Profile – Should have at least 7 years of overall experience in application development. Additionally the incumbent must have hands on experience in ERP implementation related programming in at least one company.
