Deputy Registrar:
By Deputation:-
Officers possessing Degree in Law from a recognized University and holding
i)  Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government/ State Government/ Courts/Tribunals, or
ii) Post in Central Government or State Government or Courts/Tribunals, with five years regular service in PB-3 (Rs. 15600-39100), GP-Rs. 6600.

Deputy Registrar:
By Deputation:-
Officers possessing Degree in Law from a recognized University and holding
i)  Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government/ State Government/ Courts/Tribunals, or
ii) Post in Central Government or State Government or Courts/Tribunals, with five years regular service in PB-3 (Rs. 15600-39100), GP-Rs. 6600.

Assistant Registrar:
i) 40% by deputation
ii) 60% by promotion on the basis of ‘merit cum seniority’ (written test and interview) of eligible candidates failing which by deputation.

Deputation:-Officers possessing a Degree in Law from recognized University and holding Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government/ State Government/ Courts/Tribunals, or Post in Central Government or State Government or Courts/Tribunals, with five years regular service in PB-2 of (Rs. 9300-34800) GP-5400

Section Officer:
100% by promotion on the basis of ‘merit cum seniority’ (written test and interview) of eligible candidates failing which by deputation.

Deputation:- Officers holding
i)  Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government/ State Government/Courts/Tribunals, or
ii) Post in Central Government or State Government or Courts/Tribunals, with six years regular service in the PB-2 (Rs. 9300-34800), GP-4200.

Essential – Knowledge in Computer operation.

Assistant: Age (21-30 years)

100% by direct recruitment failing which by deputation or absorption.

Direct Recruitment
i) LLB/Degree in Law (Regular Course) from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India with minimum 55% marks.
ii) Computer Training Course of at least 6 months duration from recognised institution.
iii) Desirable- Preference will be given to candidates possessing a degree with Environmental Studies/Science as one of the subjects; or having 2 years working experience in the field of environment.

Deputation:-
i)     Possessing a Degree in Law from recognised University and holding
ii)    Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government/ State Government/Courts/Tribunals, or
iii)   With Six years regular service in PB-1 (Rs. 5200-20200) GP-2800.
iv)  Upper Division Clerk in Central Government or State Government or Courts/Tribunals, with 8 years regular service in the PB-1 of (Rs. 5200-20200) GP-2400

Essential–Knowledge in Computer operation.

Principal Private Secretary:
100% by promotion on the basis of ‘merit cum seniority’ (written test and interview) of eligible candidates failing which by deputation.

Deputation:- Officers possessing a degree in Law from recognized University and holding
i)  Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government/ State Government/Courts/Tribunals, or
ii) Post in Central Government or State Government or Courts/Tribunals, with six years regular service in the PB-2; of (Rs. 9300-34800) GP-4800.
iii) Possessing speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand (English/Hindi)

Essential:– Working knowledge of Computer operation

Desirable- Computer Training Course of at least 6 months’ duration from a recognized institution.

Private Secretary

50% by Deputation
50% Promotion on the basis of ‘merit cum seniority’ (written test and interview) of eligible candidates failing which by deputation.

Deputation:- Possessing Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University and holding-
i)  Analogous posts on regular basis in Central Governments/Courts/Tribunals, or
ii) Post of Court Master/Stenographer Grade ‘C’ with at least two years regular service in the grade of PB-2; (Rs. 9300-34800) GP- 4600 [pre-revised 6500-200-10500] and possessing a speed of 100 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in type writing (English) in Central/ State Governments/ Courts/Tribunals.

Essential- Computer Training Course of at least 6 months’ duration from a recognised institution.

Desirable – Degree in Law
