PA(Stenographer Grade-C) / Court Master: Age (21-27 years)
i) 50% by direct recruitment
ii) 50% by promotion on the basis of ‘seniority cum rejection of unfit’ of eligible candidates failing which by deputation.
Direct Recruitment:-
i) Degree in Law with at least 55% marks from any recognised University.
ii) Skill Test Norms:
Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m.
Transcription: 65 mts (Eng.); 75 mts (Hindi) (On manual typewriter); or 50 mts (Eng.); 65 mts (Hindi) (on
computer)
iii) Computer Training Course of at least 6 months duration from a recognised institution.
Deputation:- Possessing a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University and holding
i) Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government/ State Government/Courts/Tribunals, or
ii) Stenographer grade ‘D’ or equivalent post in Central Government or state Government or Courts/Tribunals, with Ten Years Regular Service in the PB-1of (Rs. 5200-20200) GP-2400
Essential- Computer Training Course of at least 6 months’ duration from a recognized institution. Possessing speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand (English/Hindi), Knowledge in computer operation.
Stenographer Grade – ‘D’ : Age (21-27 years)
100% by direct recruitment failing which by deputation.
Direct recruitment:
i) Graduation from a Recognised University with at least 55% marks.
ii) Skill Test Norms:
Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m.
Transcription: 65 mts (Eng.); 75 mts (Hindi) (On manual typewriter); or 50 mts (Eng.); 65 mts (Hindi) (on computer)
iii) Computer Training Course of at least 6 months duration from a recognised institution.
Deputation:-
i) Officers possessing a degree from recognised University and holding.
ii) Analogous post on regular basis in Central Government/ State Government/ Courts/Tribunals.
iii) Computer Training Course of at least 6 months’ duration from a recognised institution.
Hindi Officer
100% by Promotion failing which by deputation.
Deputation:
(i) Persons holding analogous post on regular basis in Central Governments/ State Government/ Courts/Tribunals, or
(ii) Persons holding the posts in PB-2 (Rs. 9300-34800) GP-4800 with 8 years regular service in the respective grade pay in the Central/ State Governments/ Courts/Tribunals.
Hindi Translator: (Age 23-32 years)
100% Direct Recruitment failing which by deputation.
Educational Qualification:-
i) Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as medium of examination at Degree level from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks.
ii) Recognised Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central Government or State Government including Government of India undertaking.
