Superintending Engineer, Executive Engineer (Civil, Electrical) Jobs in IIT Patna

IIT Patna invites application from eligible candidates for following posts.

Job Title – Superintending Engineer

Qualification & Experience

Essentials :-
Possessing Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Institute / University, selected through UPSC and holding analogous or higher post and pay scale OR Executive Engineer (Civil) who were selected through UPSC and have minimum experience of 5 years OR holding post equivalent to Executive Engineer (Civil) in any Govt or Autonomous Organisation of Govt of India/reputed private organisation/public undertaking , with minimum experience of 7 years and
Desirable :-
a. Masters in Civil / Structural Engineering /
Construction Engineering &Management or
equivalent.
b. Experience          of       coordinating     with
multidisciplinary design consultants and heading
project teams on large projects costing above
100 Crores.
c. Knowledge of CPWD working procedures.
d. Proficiency in Project Management Software
and working knowledge of             computer
applications related to office       work,
designs and drawings.
e. Experience in Quality Control for three years.

Job Title – Executive Engineer (Civil)

Qualification & Experience

Essentials :-
Possessing Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute/University. Assistant Engineers (Civil) who were selected through UPSC exam and have minimum experience of 5 years OR Assistant Engineers (Civil) / equivalent position holders, with minimum experience of 8 years.
Desirable :-
a. Experience          of       coordinating       with
multidisciplinary design consultants and
construction teams on large projects costing
above 60 Crores.
b. Knowledge of CPWD working procedures.
c. Working knowledge of computer applications
related to office work, structural designs, and
project management          software will be given
preference.
d. Experience in Quality Control for two years.

Job Title – Executive Engineer (Electrical)

Qualification & Experience

Essentials :-
Possessing Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University. Assistant Engineers (Electrical) who were selected through UPSC exam and have minimum experience of 3 years OR Assistant Engineers (Electrical) / equivalent position holders, with minimum experience of 8 years.
Desirable :-
a. Experience          of      coordinating       with
multidisciplinary design consultants and
construction teams on a large projects costing
above 60 Crores.
b. Knowledge of CPWD working procedures.
c. Working knowledge of computer applications
related to office work and project management.
d. Experience in Quality Control for two years.
